1. Service Subscription & Free Trial
Zeqalune provides cloud-based live chat, website visitor telemetry, omnichannel inbox management, and Lune AI assistant capabilities. Every new workspace receives a complimentary 14-day free trial with full feature access and zero upfront credit card requirements.
2. Free Trial & Subscription Terms
Workspaces operate with full access during their 14-day free trial period. You can choose to upgrade to any paid tier (Starter, Growth, Business, or Enterprise) to continue receiving AI resolutions, custom domain routing, and priority multi-model features.
3. Billing, Subscriptions, and AI Credits
Paid plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cadence until cancelled by the workspace owner. Monthly AI credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Separately purchased AI Booster Packs remain valid for 12 full months.
4. Cancellation & Data Retention
You can cancel your subscription at any time with a single click in the Billing Portal. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains active until the end of your prepaid period. You may export all customer conversations and knowledge base files at any time.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Zeqalune for unlawful activities, transmitting malicious software, unsolicited bulk spamming, or violating the privacy of website visitors.
